We are located over at F11 in Vikas Puri, New Delhi. It is just a regular office setup where a few of us show up every morning to get through the day’s tasks. The neighborhood is usually quite loud, especially with the market nearby, but we have gotten used to the noise over time. Most of the people who work here live fairly close by, so we don't have to deal with massive commutes, which is a relief. Our office isn’t anything fancy or corporate-looking; it’s just a practical space with desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away at computers. There is a tea stall just down the road where we usually go for a break in the afternoon when things get a bit slow. It is a simple routine we have here. We handle things for American Express from this specific spot. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to work. There are no big speeches or corporate goals here, just people trying to do their jobs right and get home on time. We’ve been at this address for a while and most of the locals know where we are if they need to drop something off.
