American Express

We are located at 21 E Nivedita Enclave in Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential block, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a downtown office. We use this spot to handle all the American Express business that comes our way. It’s a small office, mostly just a few rooms filled with the tools of our trade. There are wires running along the floor and stacks of mail on the side tables. We aren't worried about looking perfect for a brochure. We are more concerned with making sure everyone’s questions get answered properly. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break and talk about local news or the weather. It’s a very human way of working. We’ve been in Paschim Vihar for a good while, so we know the local landmarks and the best places to grab a quick snack when we are busy. The work can be repetitive, dealing with card issues and financial records, but we have found a good rhythm. We don't have any big mission statements or glossy posters on the walls. Just the calendar and maybe a few photos from home. It is a simple place where we do what we need to do. We don't overcomplicate things. We just show up every morning, unlock the door, and get started on the pile of work waiting for us.
