AM ESTATE DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Punjabi Bagh, specifically over on Road 42. We are pretty easy to find if you know where the Sanatan Dharm Mandir is. Our spot is at Plot No- 14. It is a decent area of West Delhi, a bit quieter than some other spots, which is nice when we are trying to focus. We deal with estate development, which basically means a lot of time spent looking at land and talking to people about what they want to build. Our office is just a regular room with a few files and a computer that is starting to get a bit slow. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take six months, we say it will take six months. Sometimes there are delays with the materials or the labor doesn't show up, and we have to figure it out on the fly. That is just how the business works here. We like being near the temple; it gives the place a good feel. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving between different sites. We drink a lot of water because it gets so hot in the afternoons. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in the real estate world without too much fuss or nonsense.
