You can find Alfa-Therm Limited over at the Community Centre in Mayapuri Phase-I. It's number 6. Being in an industrial area like Mayapuri means there’s always noise and movement outside, which suits us just fine. We work on thermal systems and industrial stuff that most people don't think about until they need it. The building isn't brand new, but it's sturdy and serves its purpose for what we do. Inside, there’s usually a mix of engineers talking over drawings and the sound of someone on the phone explaining how a burner works. We've been at this for a good stretch of time. We don't spend much on decorating the front office because we'd rather focus on the actual equipment. If you walk in, you’ll probably see some components sitting on a table or someone heading out to a site visit. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We handle a lot of technical questions every day. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a deadline is looming, but that’s the nature of the industry. We just try to stay organized and keep the projects moving forward. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s where we do our best work. Most of the guys have been here for years, so we know how each other works without having to say much. We just show up, do the job, and head home at the end of the day. It’s a steady routine that keeps the lights on.
