We are located over in F Block of Vikas Puri, right near the K.R. Mangalam World School. If you’re familiar with this part of West Delhi, you’ve probably passed by our building at 239 on the first floor. AKJ Properties Private Limited is a local setup where we handle all kinds of housing and land issues. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but the office is a quiet place to get work done once you're inside. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to help people figure out the mess of buying property here. There’s always a lot of chatter about new developments in Vikas Puri, so we spend a lot of time checking if what people say is actually true. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and meeting people who live nearby. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet goes down, but we manage to keep things moving. We deal with a lot of families because of the schools around here, so we hear a lot about what people are looking for in a home. It’s a basic office with a few desks and a lot of folders. We try to be honest with people about what a place is worth and not waste their time with stuff that isn't going to work for them. It’s a long process sometimes, but we’re here every day making it happen.
