We’re located in Janakpuri, up on the fourth floor of the Kirti Shikhar building in the District Centre. It’s a good spot for us because it’s central. We work with all kinds of weighing scales and measurement stuff. It’s one of those things people don’t think about until a scale breaks down and they need a fix. Our office is 417 and 418, which is mostly filled with boxes of spare parts and different models of scales we’re testing. It’s a bit of a tight space when a big shipment comes in, but we manage. We aren't into those big shiny advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have been told about us by someone else. We just try to keep the scales accurate and the customers happy enough to come back. The District Centre always has people moving around, so there’s never a dull moment. We have a small crew here, and we’ve all been doing this long enough that we can talk about load cells and calibration in our sleep. It’s a simple life. We open up in the morning, sort out the repairs, and check the new stock. If you need a scale, we’re the ones sitting in the corner office trying to get the numbers to stay still. We don't have a big mission statement. We just make sure the weights are right and the machines are sturdy enough for daily use.
