Ajay Dhamija Properties is located in Office G 1 at Anupam Tower. If you know Paschim Vihar, we are right across from the Jwala Heri Market. It’s a very busy spot, especially in the evenings when the market is in full swing. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they’re out doing their shopping or errands. The office is pretty simple. We have some chairs, a desk, and a lot of maps and listings on the walls. We spend our days talking to people who want to buy or rent something in the area. Paschim Vihar has a lot of different types of properties, so there’s always something new to learn about a building or a specific block. We aren't a big chain; it’s just a local operation. Sometimes we’re out showing houses, so we might leave a note on the door, but usually, we are here. The market across the street means there’s always a place to grab a tea or a snack while we’re working. It’s a lively environment. We don’t go for the hard sell.
