We are based in Janakpuri at A-2/103. Our office is on the first floor of the building. It’s a nice enough area, though it can get pretty busy with people coming and going. Being on the first floor makes it easy for us to head out to our construction sites without wasting time. We have a few desks set up for the planning and the accounts work. It’s a very simple office, nothing like those big corporate buildings you see in the city center. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking the progress of our current builds. We have been in this part of West Delhi for quite a while and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a break. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't bother with any fancy marketing or mission statements. We just try to do the work that comes our way. The office is usually a bit cluttered with site maps and old files, but that’s just how we work. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea during the day. It is a quiet and practical place to run a business. We focus on getting the details right and making sure our contractors know what they are doing.
