Aegis Bpo

We are operating out of Kg 3, House No 91, which is right near the Uk Nursing Home in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. It is a residential house that we have turned into our workspace for Aegis Bpo. Having the nursing home as a landmark makes it easy for new joiners to find us, though the street can get a bit crowded with parked cars. The house has a few different rooms that we have filled with workstations and filing cabinets. It is a bit of a maze with all the computer cables running across the floor, but we have taped them down so nobody trips. Working in a house feels more relaxed than a big office block. We use the old kitchen area for our breaks and there is a small balcony where we can see the street below. The work is steady, mostly handling various service tasks and keeping records straight. We are not a massive company with hundreds of people, just a local team doing what needs to be done. The walls are painted a plain cream color and we have some old calendars hanging up. It is not a flashy place, but it is comfortable enough for us to spend our days. We are just a bunch of regular people from the neighborhood working together to keep the BPO running. It is practical and it works for us without any need for fancy stuff.
