Chanakya Place is a crowded area with lots of narrow lanes and tall buildings close together. B 52 is just one of those buildings. We share the space with a few other small setups. It is not a quiet place. You can hear the sounds of the street, the horns, and people talking all day long. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come by. The office is small and we have a lot of maps and papers pinned to the walls. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for what we need. New Delhi is a fast city, and Chanakya Place feels like the center of that sometimes. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine. If we want tea, we go down to the corner stall. It is a very practical way to work. We’ve been at this address for a while and we know the neighborhood well. The light in the office is okay in the mornings but we need the lamps on by the afternoon. It is just a simple, no-nonsense place to do business.
