We are Accor Advantage Plus, and you can find us at 104 Narang Colony in New Delhi. This part of Delhi is always moving, but our office stays pretty grounded. We handle various membership and advantage programs from here. It is not a flashy place with marble floors or expensive art. It’s just a practical office where we answer phones and process memberships. We have been here for a bit now, and we know the local shops and the best places to get a quick lunch nearby. The team is small, and we have worked together for a long time, so we know how each other likes to work. There isn't much hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it is needed. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook, and other times it is quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We don't use a lot of corporate talk when we deal with people. If someone has a question about their membership, we just give them a straight answer. New Delhi 110058 is where we live and work, and we like being part of the community here in Narang Colony.
