Abhishek Properties

We run Abhishek Properties from B 33 in the Hastsal Vihar area of Uttam Nagar. It is a pretty standard local office where we deal with all sorts of property matters. Being in this part of Delhi means there is always something going on. People are constantly looking for a bit more space or trying to find a shop for their new business. We spend a lot of our time walking around the local lanes checking out different buildings. It is a lot of legwork, but that is the only way to know what is actually available for people. We are not into big fancy offices or slick talk. We just sit down, have a tea, and talk about what the budget is and what the options are. Sometimes we have a lot of listings, other times it is a bit slow, but we stay open regardless. The streets around Hastsal Vihar can get a bit crowded, but everyone knows where we are. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New houses going up and old ones being fixed. We just try to stay on top of it all so we can give people the right information when they ask. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. No big promises, just looking at what is on the market right now and trying to match it with what people need for their families.
