AAR K Vasudha Construction Private Limited is located at G/F Kh 116/3, Gali 30 in Mahavir Enclave-II. We are at Plot No 1, near the B-425-425B area. We are a small construction firm that has been working in this part of Delhi for a while. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just drop in and talk about their projects. We are mostly out on sites, so the office is often empty except for one or two people handling the phone and the files. We do all kinds of construction work. It is a messy job with a lot of dust and noise, but someone has to do it. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning and fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. Building things in a place like Mahavir Enclave is a challenge because the streets are narrow and getting materials in is always a bit of a puzzle. We have gotten good at figuring those things out over the years. We don't believe in using big marketing words. We just build things. If you look around Gali 30, you will probably see some of our work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do a decent job for the people who hire us. It’s hard work, but we are proud of what we do. Every day is just about finishing the next task.
