Our office is located in Suneja Tower 2, which is part of the Janakpuri District Centre. We are in unit 212 A. It’s a busy building with lots of other offices around us. Every morning, we come in, turn on the lights, and start going through the emails. Being in the District Centre means there are always people moving about in the hallways. Our space is filled with desks and a few chairs for visitors. We spend our time planning trips and looking up different places for people to visit. It’s not just about booking a ticket; it’s about figuring out the whole plan. We have maps and some pictures of different cities on the walls. It’s a bit of a desk job, but we talk to a lot of different people every day. Some people have very specific ideas of where they want to go, while others just want a break from their routine. Janakpuri is a big area, so we get people from all over coming in. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour when everyone is heading out. We usually just stay in and keep working through the pile of requests. It’s a lot of coordination with hotels and transport providers. We don’t have any flashy slogans; we just try to get the details right so people don’t have trouble when they are away. It’s just how we run things here.
