Global Machine Tool

You can find Global Machine Tool over at the 7th building in 2 Block of Pally Kannath. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we like it here. We deal with various machine tools, mostly selling and some light servicing. Our warehouse space is filled with crates and heavy machinery that we move around with a small pallet jack. It’s not the most modern setup, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or checking the specs on a new shipment of tools. The air always smells a bit like machine oil and cardboard. We are a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from unloading trucks to helping a customer find the right drill bit. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the door. People who need what we have usually find us through someone else. We try to keep things simple. If a tool isn't good, we don't stock it. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Pally Kannath, but we’ve managed to stay put by just doing our job every day. It’s a practical business for people who work with their hands. We don’t have any fancy mission statements; we just try to have the right tools ready when someone needs them. We take our time to make sure customers get exactly what they asked for without any fuss.
