Alya Farms Private Limited

Alya Farms is located up in Wayanad, specifically in the Puravancheri area of Karimbil. We are near Kunjom and Mananthavady. Our address is 3/325. Being up here in the hills is quite different from the coastal areas. The air is cooler and the soil has its own character. We have been working this land for a bit now. It is a lot of hills and uneven ground, so you have to be careful where you walk. We grow a variety of things depending on what the season allows. Most of our days are spent outdoors. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; it is just a simple building where we keep our tools and take our breaks. Mananthavady is the nearest big town, but we stay out here in the green parts most of the time. It is a quiet life, mostly just the sounds of the birds and the wind. We have to deal with wildlife sometimes coming onto the farm, which can be a bit of a problem. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just want to produce good crops and keep the farm running for another year. It is hard work and the rain can be very heavy in Wayanad. We just put on our boots and get through it. It is honest work and we like being our own bosses out here in the countryside.
