Our office is in Kalpetta, specifically in Building No Xii/22. It’s part of the municipality here in Wayanad. We named the business Wayanad Nature Remedies because that’s basically what we deal with every day. We aren't some big pharmaceutical company. We just use what's around us in the hills. The office isn't very large. It’s just enough space for us to keep our things organized. Kalpetta is a busy place, but we've found a good spot here. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. We just talk to people who come by. Most of our work is hands-on. We spend a lot of time checking on plants and making sure things are right. It’s a bit messy sometimes. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is there. We like it that way. It feels more honest. Wayanad is a beautiful part of Kerala, and we’re lucky to work here. We don't have a big corporate strategy. We just take things one day at a time. If someone needs help with a natural remedy, we try our best. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy.
