We are located over at the Suvide Foundation KVK Karda. If you know the area, it is right by Mothegan in Risod. Washim can get pretty quiet during the afternoons, especially when the sun is really beating down on the fields. Most of us here grew up nearby, so working in agro felt natural. It's more of a community feel than a strictly professional one. We have our paperwork and our routines, though things often change depending on the season or the rain. Dealing with the daily grind in a place like Risod keeps you grounded. There is always some noise from the machinery or people passing by on the road. We try to stay organized, but in a small setup like this, everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. It’s not about being perfect, just about getting the work done so we can go home. We have been in this spot for a while now and the locals know where to find us. It is just the way we do things here.
