We've been at Plot No.38 for a while now. It's right there in the Sato Complex on Nagpur Road. If you know the petrol pump near Dhoniwala Mach Chowk, we are just behind that. The lab has seen a lot of traffic over the years. It’s a busy spot but we manage. Most days it’s just us working through the regular stuff that comes in. We don't have fancy signs or a big lobby. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby in the neighborhood. It’s a small team here. We keep our tools ready and try to get things done without making a fuss. The location is convenient for most folks coming off the main road. Sometimes the traffic at the chowk gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but that's just how it is around here. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose. There’s a certain way we like to do things, mostly just being straightforward with anyone who walks through the door. We don't use big words or try to act like we're something we're not. It’s just a lab. We show up, do the work, and close up at the end of the day. If you’re looking for the place, just look for the petrol pump and head around the back. The Sato Complex isn't hard to spot once you're on Nagpur Road. We're usually there from morning until late.
