Swapna Farms

Out here in Nagurlapally, things move a bit slower. We’ve got Swapna Farms located at H. No -3-132/A. It’s a lot of outdoor work, as you can imagine. We spend most of our time out in the fields or looking after the animals. The weather really dictates our schedule. If it rains, we’re doing one thing, and if it’s a dry heat, we’re doing another. It’s just how it works in Narsampet. We aren't a big industrial operation. It's more about getting our hands dirty and making sure the crops are healthy. You can usually find us around the farm from sunrise until it gets too dark to see. We have a few sheds for equipment and storage. It’s not always pretty; there is mud and dust everywhere, but that’s farming for you. We grow what we can and try to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes the tractors break down and we have to spend half the day fixing them. Neighbors stop by to trade tools or just to see how the season is going. It’s a tight-knit area here in Warangal. We don’t have an office with air conditioning. Our workspace is the land itself. It’s hard on the back, but there’s something about watching things grow that keeps us going year after year. We have to be patient because nature doesn't always listen to our plans. That is just how life goes when you work with the earth.
