Sunitha Pindi Girni

Sunitha Pindi Girni is our little flour mill in Lingapuram, Chennaraopet. You can find us at H. No -1-69. We spend our days grinding various grains for the people in the village and the surrounding Warangal area. The machines are old and loud, but they still work well enough for us. There is always a layer of white flour dust on everything in the shop, including our hair and clothes. People bring in their bags of wheat or chillies, and we process them while they sit and wait. It’s a noisy place when the big motors are running. We've been part of this community for a long time now. It’s not a big business, just a local mill that serves the neighbors. We know most of the families who come here by name. Sometimes the power goes out in the middle of a job, and everyone just sits outside and chats until it comes back on. That is just how life is here in the village. We don't have any big advertisements or fancy signs on the road. People know us by word of mouth and have been coming here for years. It's a simple way to make a living, and it feels good to provide something that everyone needs for their daily meals. We keep the place as clean as we can, but a mill is always going to have some dust around. We are happy being right here in Lingapuram doing what we know and getting the work done every day.
