Sugunamma Milk Products

Our place is Sugunamma Milk Products and we are located at H. No -2-64 in Bodkada village. It’s part of the Nellikudur area. We deal with milk every single day, so our mornings start well before most people are even awake. By 4 or 5 AM, things are already moving. You can hear the milk cans clattering. It’s a very local operation. We don't have big refrigerated trucks or anything; it’s more about getting the fresh milk from the cows to the people who need it as fast as possible. Bodkada is a quiet place, but at our door at 2-64, there’s always someone coming or going. We have to keep an eye on the weather because the heat can be a real problem for the milk. It's a lot of cleaning and making sure everything stays cold enough. We don't have a website or any of that. If people want milk, they know where to find us. Sugunamma is the name on the records, but everyone just calls us the milk house. It’s hard work, no weekends off because the cows don’t stop, but it keeps us busy. We just focus on the daily tally and making sure the containers are ready for the next day. It’s a simple life here in Nellikudur, and we’re just glad to be a part of the community. We've been here for years now and just keep doing the same routine every morning without fail to get the milk sorted out.
