Srimathi Travels

Srimathi Travels is located at 2-8-292 in the NGOs Colony area of Waddepally. If you’re in Hanamkonda, you probably know the neighborhood. We’ve been running this travel business for some time now. It’s mostly about helping people get from one place to another, whether they’re going on a pilgrimage, a family vacation, or just a quick trip to the city. Our office is simple—just a couple of desks, some chairs for people to sit while they wait, and a few calendars on the wall. The phone rings a lot here. People call to ask about bus timings, car rentals, or if there’s a ticket available for the weekend. It can get a bit loud when the street outside is busy, but we don’t mind. We talk to all sorts of people every day. Some are excited about their trips, and others are just trying to get home for a holiday. We try to be helpful and give them the best information we have. There’s a lot of coordination involved, talking to drivers and making sure the vehicles are ready to go. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. We know the roads around Hanamkonda pretty well. We’ve seen the colony change over the years, but our little travel shop stays much the same. We just keep doing what we do, making sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble or delay.
