Sravanthi Travels

Our place is over in Madikonda, right near Mettugutta. It is a quiet spot compared to the main city of Hanamkonda. We have been running Sravanthi Travels from this house number for some years now. Mostly, we deal with people who need to travel for weddings or family visits. We have a few vehicles that we try to keep in good shape. Mechanics are expensive these days, so we do some small repairs ourselves. The roads around here can be rough on the tires. My phone rings at all hours because travelers don't always have a fixed plan. I sit on the porch often waiting for the next booking to come in. We know the routes around Hanamkonda and the villages very well. It is simple work, really. You pick someone up and you drop them off where they need to go. Sometimes the traffic is bad and we get a bit late, but that is just how it is. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know us by word of mouth in the village. It is a small family operation. We keep a notebook for the dates and try not to mix up the times. It is a decent way to make a living while staying close to home in Madikonda. We just keep the engines running and wait for the next call to come through.
