Sharifa Chicken Center

Our shop is at H. No -6-81 in Aleru, Nellikudur. It’s a local chicken center where we spend our days getting everything ready for the village. We start early in the morning when it’s still a bit cool outside. There is always plenty to do, from cleaning up to making sure we have enough stock for the evening rush. It’s a small place, nothing fancy, just a counter and the space we need to work. People from around Aleru come by on their way home to get what they need for dinner. We know most of our customers by name since we see them every week. It gets busy on Sundays and during local festivals, which keeps us on our feet. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when it’s crowded, but we clean it as we go. We don't have a big website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is how people find us. It’s just honest work, providing food for the neighborhood. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, but we have a fan that helps a bit. We just try to give people what they ask for without any fuss. Sometimes we run out of stock earlier than expected if there's a big wedding in the village, so we have to tell people to come back the next day. It’s a small town, so everyone understands how it goes. We just keep our knives sharp and our blocks clean.
