Revanth Internet is set up at House Number 2-35/A in Gajulagattu. We are based in the Gudur area, which is a relatively small place where everyone tends to know their neighbors. Running an internet-focused business in a spot like this has its own set of unique challenges. Sometimes the connection gets spotty because of the weather or lines being worked on down the road. We aren't a big telecom company with thousands of staff members; it’s just a small local setup. Our office is a simple room with a few desks and a lot of wires running everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting issues or helping people get their devices connected. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes we have to go out and fix things in the heat. We don't use fancy technical terms when we talk to our customers because it just confuses people. We just explain things as simply as we can. It’s a local service for the people living here in Gudur and Gajulagattu. We’ve had to learn a lot as technology changes, but we try to keep up as best as we can. There are days when everything goes wrong and the phones don't stop ringing, but we just take it as it comes. It’s just us, working out of a small house, trying to keep the community connected to the web. It is a slow process but we like being part of the town's growth.
