Ramulu Farms

We spend most of our time out in the fields at Ramulu Farms. It’s located at H.No:-8-71/1 in Khanapuram. This isn't some big operation with fancy offices or a lot of staff. It is just a place in Warangal where we get things done every single day. Some days the rain helps us out and other days it just makes everything a mess. We have been here at this spot for quite a while now. Most mornings start way before the sun is even up properly. You can usually find us working near the main road. The dust gets everywhere, on our clothes and in the house, but that is just part of living here. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working the land. It’s definitely hard work but we are used to the rhythm of it. The tools we use are a bit old and rusty. We try to keep everything moving along however we can. Neighbors stop by sometimes to chat about how the crops are doing this year. We do not use fancy machines for every little task. A lot of the labor is still done by hand. Warangal has changed quite a bit over the last few years, but Khanapuram stays mostly the same. If you are looking for us, look for the sign that is a bit faded. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Just the farm and the seasons. We grow what we can and hope it sells.
