Raju Sentring

Raju Sentring is located at H. No -5-7 in Gollapally. We spend our days out on construction sites around Nallabelly and Warangal. It is mostly wood, iron poles, and heavy planks for us. We get to the site when the sun is just coming up so we can get a head start before it gets too hot to move. The work is physical and tiring. My back usually aches by the end of the week, but that’s part of the trade. We set up the frames so the concrete can be poured for the slabs and beams. It has to be done right or nothing else works on the building. We don't have an office where we sit down. Our office is the dusty ground and the half-finished walls of houses. Most of our tools are carried in an old truck. We’ve worked on small houses and some bigger ones too around the village. Sometimes the wood gets warped or we run short on nails, and we have to figure it out on the fly. It is not the kind of job you do if you want to stay clean. We are just a group of guys who know how to handle the sentring work. People around here call us when they start their slab work because they know we are nearby in Gollapally. We just show up, do the job, and move to the next site.
