Placement Officer

This office is set up in Rangam Pet, which is a part of Warangal that feels very lived-in. We are at House Number 15-2-239, staying with M. Joseph. It is more of a home than a formal business building. Being a placement officer here means a lot of one-on-one talks with students and young people from around Andhra Pradesh. We sit in a small room with a few chairs and a desk that’s crowded with notebooks and a laptop. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan is always on high speed. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, with families living all around us. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us helping out with the calls and the writing. People often drop by without an appointment, so we spend a lot of time just chatting about what kind of work they are looking for. It’s a bit messy with all the printed resumes and lists of names, but we know where everything is. We use a basic internet connection that sometimes acts up when the weather is bad. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a practical space where we try to help people find a way into a career. We've been at this address for a while, and most of the local colleges know who we are and where to send their graduates. We try to keep things simple and honest for everyone who visits.
