Paulus Bpo

Paulus Bpo is located in Sidharthanagar, which is right by the NIT post in Kazipet. We operate out of House Number 1-1-1074. It is a brick building that we’ve modified a bit to fit all our workstations. Being in the Warangal district means we are away from the massive crowds of the capital, which we actually prefer. The neighborhood is mostly families, so things stay pretty calm during the day. Sometimes you can hear the local traffic from the main road, but mostly it is just the sound of typing and people talking. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you walk in, you’re basically standing right where we work. We started this place because there were enough of us who wanted to stay local instead of moving away. The office is a bit of a mix of old furniture and new cables running everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have a system that works for us. We drink a lot of tea and try to get through the daily tasks without too much drama. There's a small garden area outside where we take breaks when the weather isn't too punishing. It's just a local operation trying to handle the work that comes our way. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just sit down and do it until the day is over. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we don’t mind the quiet.
