It’s a convenient spot because people can pick up their prescriptions downstairs right after their appointment. You have to take the stairs up to get to us. The clinic isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit in the different tools we need for dental work. It’s a basic setup without any of the fancy extras you see in high-end clinics. We have a few chairs for people to sit in while they wait, and maybe a few old newspapers to look at. Most of our patients are from the local neighborhood and they come to us because we are nearby and easy to reach. I usually have a couple of people helping me with the front desk and keeping the place clean. We don't do any big advertising campaigns or use marketing slogans. Most people hear about us from their friends or family members who had their teeth fixed here. Sometimes the clinic gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is finished with work and school. We just try to be honest about what needs to be done with someone's teeth and what the cost will be. It’s a straightforward, local business where we just focus on the work at hand and try to help the people who walk in.
