Nadec

Our place is at House Number 11-23-1361/1 in the L.B. Nagar area of Warangal. It’s a solid, practical building that serves us well for everything we do at Nadec. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot of time on fancy decorations or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a local team doing our work in a neighborhood we know well. The street can get a bit congested during the morning hours, but once you're inside, it’s all about getting the jobs lined up and finished. We don’t have any slick talk or promises we can't keep. We just look at what a person needs and tell them honestly if we can do it or not. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or the hum of the fridge in the corner. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or what’s happening in Warangal. It’s a very straightforward environment. There isn't any corporate hierarchy to deal with; we all just pitch in where it's needed. Some days are longer than others, especially when the orders pile up, but we don't mind the hard work. We’ve been in L.B. Nagar for a while now and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm of this street. It’s a modest way to run things, and that suits us just fine. We just take it one day at a time.
