Meenakshi Travels

Our office is right there in Postal Colony, Adalath, which is a pretty easy spot for people in Hanamkonda to find when they need a bus ticket. Meenakshi Travels has been around for a bit, mostly helping folks get to where they need to go without making things complicated. It’s just a small space at H. No. 1-9-1102 with a couple of chairs and some posters on the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in asking about timings for Hyderabad or other places nearby. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a minute while the booking loads, which can be annoying for everyone, but we manage. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy uniforms or anything like that. It’s just us working through the day, making sure the drivers know their schedules and the passengers have their seats booked. Dealing with traffic and bus maintenance is a headache sometimes, but it’s part of the job. People come to us because we’ve been in the neighborhood a long time and they know what to expect. We don't do anything too special, just try to get the bookings right so nobody is left standing at the bus stop. The morning rush is always the busiest time for us, then it slows down until the evening when people come by after work.
