Laxmi Ganapathi Tiffin Center

Every morning before the sun even starts to show, we are already moving here at Laxmi Ganapathi Tiffin Center. My place is at H. No -18-3-238/63 in the Kareemabad area. It is not a fancy setup, just a few stoves and some benches for people to sit. Most of the folks from Ursu stop in for a quick bite on their way to work. I spend my time making sure the batter is just right and the sambar is hot. It gets pretty loud once the breakfast rush starts around seven or eight. We just try to get the plates out as fast as we can so nobody is late for their job. I have a couple of guys helping me, but mostly it is a small family effort. The address is easy to find if you are in Warangal. We don't do anything special, just the same tiffin items every day. Sometimes we have a bit of a line, and other times it is quiet enough to sit down for a minute. The walls could use a bit of paint, but the food is what people come for. We have been here for a long time now, and we know most of our customers by their faces. It is just a regular part of the neighborhood where people come to eat. We just keep our heads down and cook.
