Kommakka Travels

Kommakka Travels is based out of Gopalpur village. Specifically, we are at house number 2(1)-2/101 in the Batthulapally area. It is a small travel setup in the Kothaguda mandal. We started this because people needed a way to get around without too much trouble. We have a few vehicles that we keep parked nearby. They aren't brand new but they run well and get you where you need to go. Most of our work is just driving people to the next town or helping with trips. The roads around here can be pretty rough, so we spend a lot of time fixing tires or checking the engines. It is a family thing mostly. We take calls on a mobile phone and write down the bookings in a little notebook. It gets dusty and hot in the summer, but we keep moving. We don't have a big lobby for people to wait in. Usually, we just meet at the house or pick people up at their own doors. It is a lot of long hours on the road and early mornings. We know every turn and pothole in this mandal. It isn't a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy. We just try to be reliable and show up when we say we will. That’s all there is to it. Just a local travel business trying to stay on the road. We are just regular people helping our neighbors get from one place to another.
