Kaveri Travels

We have been running this travel business from our home at H. No. 3-15-63 in Peddammagadda for quite some time now. It is a quiet residential area mostly, but our house stays busy because of the work we do. People come by at all hours to ask about bus timings or to book a vehicle for a trip. We have a small desk set up near the front door where we keep all the registers and the phone. It is not a fancy office with air conditioning or glass doors, just a regular room with some chairs for people to sit while they wait. My family helps out when things get crowded, especially during the wedding season or holidays when everyone wants to travel at the same time. Sometimes the street gets a bit blocked when a car is parked outside, but the neighbors are used to it by now. We try to keep track of everything on paper and on the small computer we have. There are days when the phone just won't stop ringing and other days when it is very silent and we just sit and drink tea. We have seen many people come and go from this neighborhood over the years. We just stay here in Peddammagadda doing what we know how to do. It is simple work but it keeps us busy every single day from morning until late at night when the last person leaves.
