Egg Services

Egg Services is based out of my home in Thimmarainipahad, over in the Chennaraopet area. It’s a quiet place, mostly farms and small houses around here. My day starts very early, usually before the sun is even up, because that’s when the crates start arriving. We deal with eggs, obviously. It’s a messy business sometimes, and you have to be careful because they break so easily. I spend a lot of time sorting through them, making sure only the good ones go out to the local shops and kitchens. My hands always smell a bit like the farm, no matter how much I wash them. The delivery van is old and the suspension isn't great, which is a worry when you're carrying thousands of eggs over these bumpy village roads. Sometimes a few crack, and that’s just part of the cost. We don't have a fancy office or anything, just the storage area at my house. It’s practical and it works. People in Chennaraopet know they can just call or stop by if they need a tray or two for a family function. It’s a simple life, focused on something basic that everyone needs. The weather affects things quite a bit; when it’s too hot, we have to move fast. I’ve been doing this for a while now, and though it’s repetitive, I like the routine. It’s just a local business serving the people around Thimmarainipahad and Chennaraopet as best as we can.
