Our office is part of a regular house, so it feels very personal. We started this as a one-person company, which is why it’s an OPC. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it’s rewarding to see things grow. We don’t use big words to sound important. We just explain things as they are. If a server is down, we say it’s down and we fix it. There’s no point in making things complicated. Most of the day is spent checking logs and making sure everything is secure.
