Bhagyamma Hotel

We run a small hotel here in Chennaraopet at H. No -2-27. It isn't a fancy place with many rooms, but it's where we cook and serve food to people passing through or living nearby. Most mornings we are up before the sun to get the kitchen ready. We make basic meals, the kind of food we eat at home. The dining area is quite simple with just a few tables and chairs. It gets crowded during lunch hours when the workers come in. We do not have a big menu, just a few things we know how to make well. Sometimes we run out of dishes early if it is a busy day. We have been doing this for a while now and the locals seem to like our cooking. It is a lot of washing dishes and cleaning floors at the end of the day. Our family helps out with everything, from buying the vegetables at the market to serving the guests. We do not have a website or anything like that. If you are walking through Chennaraopet, you will see us. The building is older, but we try to keep it clean. It is a tough business with small margins, but it keeps us going. We enjoy the chat with regular customers who come in every day. It is just a plain, honest place to get a hot meal. We do our best to make sure the food tastes good and everyone leaves with a full stomach.
