Abbas Ali Farms

Abbas Ali Farms is basically just us working our land here in Muthojipet. We live at H. No:-1-115, so the farm is right where we are. Every morning starts pretty early before the sun gets too high over Narsampet. It is a lot of hard work and most days my clothes are covered in dirt by noon. We don’t have fancy machines or a big office. It’s just the fields and the weather we deal with in this part of Warangal. Sometimes the rain is good and other times we just wait for it. The house is old but it works for us. We spend most of our time outside anyway. It’s quiet out here in Muthojipet. Most people around here are doing the same thing as us, just trying to get the crops to grow. My hands are usually calloused and there is always something that needs fixing on the fences or with the tools. We don’t really do much else besides the farming life. If you come by House 1-115, you’ll probably see us out back or near the road. There isn’t much to tell other than we stay busy from dawn until it gets dark. The soil here can be tough but we’ve lived in this house for a long time. It is just a simple way to live and we keep at it every day because that is what we know how to do.
