Our office is located at H I G 24 in Doctor's Colony-1, over in the Gautaminagar part of Warangal. It’s a nice enough area, mostly houses and other small offices. Sheladia Associates India Pvt Ltd. has been based here for quite some time now. The building is a standard house that we’ve converted into an office space. It has several rooms where different teams sit, and we use the main hall for meetings when everyone is in town. It can get pretty hot in Andhra Pradesh, so the AC is usually running full blast in the afternoons. We handle a lot of technical work from this location, so you’ll see plenty of computers and large printers for blueprints. The staff here is mostly local, and we’ve all been working together for a few years, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything; just casual clothes that are comfortable for the weather. There is a small chai stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the screens. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up reports for the head office, but usually, we wrap things up by six. It’s not a flashy place, just a solid building where we can get our work done without too many distractions from the outside world. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
