Shekar Welding Work

Shekar Welding Work is a small workshop at H. No -4-8 in Seetanagar, Gudur. We are located in the Warangal area and it is a very busy spot for us. The sound of welding and the sight of sparks flying is what you will find here most of the day. We work with all kinds of iron and steel to make gates, window grills, and farm tools. It is hot work and the glare from the welding torch is hard on the eyes even with the mask. Our shop has a dirt floor and tools are everywhere. We don't have any fancy brochures or a salesman. People just bring their broken metal items to us and we weld them back together. Sometimes we go out to farms to fix big machinery that can't be moved. The summer in Warangal is very intense and working with heat and fire makes it even hotter. We take breaks when we can and drink plenty of water. Most of our customers are local farmers or people building small houses in Seetanagar. We don't make things complicated. We just look at the job and get to work. It is a noisy and messy place but we take pride in making things that are strong and last a long time. It is just honest labor and we have been doing it this way for years.
