Out in Parvathipuram, at 4-896-52, you’ll find the site for Ramachandra Bricks. We’ve been set up here for a long time. It’s a family-run place, and we do most of the work ourselves. Making bricks isn't something you can do halfway. You have to be there every day, checking the soil and the water and the way the sun is hitting the drying stacks. We don't have any big slogans or shiny signs. Most people find us because they saw our bricks being used at a neighbor’s house. We like it that way. It feels more real. The yard can get a bit cluttered with broken bits and old pallets, but we know where everything is. Parvathipuram is a good place to be, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the landscape over the years. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just want to make enough bricks to keep our customers happy and our workers paid. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend half the day fixing it with greasy hands. That’s just part of the deal. We take pride in the fact that our bricks are solid and reliable. When you build a home, you want something that stays put. That is what we try to give people every single day. We are just local folks doing a job we know how to do well. It's hard work but it's our life.
