Our office is on the first floor of Plot F-2 in Jagannadaraju Colony. This is located in Cheepurupalli, which is part of the Vizianagaram district. The colony is mostly a residential neighborhood, so it is usually quite peaceful throughout the working day. The building we are in is quite simple, and we have the whole first floor to ourselves. We have put in some basic desks and chairs to make it a functional workspace. It is not a modern office building with glass walls, just a regular concrete structure. We have a few windows that look out onto the colony street, where we can see people going about their business. The heat in Andhra can be quite intense, so we have fans in every corner to keep the air moving. We don't have a big staff, so the office never feels too crowded. Most of us bring our own tea and snacks from home. We don't really have many visitors, so the place stays quiet for most of the day. We spend our hours sitting at our desks and working through our tasks. When the day is over, we lock up and head home to our families. It is a very straightforward and honest way of working. There are no complicated rules or corporate stuff here. We just come in and do our bit every day.
