Our office is at W 0 Voleti Ravisankar in Vizianagaram. We’re in Andhra Pradesh, 535101. It’s a project-based office, so things are always changing depending on what we’re building or managing at the moment. It’s quite a practical space. You’ll see safety vests hanging on the door and helmets on the shelves. We do a lot of coordination from here, talking to contractors and checking on materials. It’s not the kind of office where you need to dress up. Most of us are more comfortable in jeans and sturdy shoes. The building itself is pretty unremarkable, but it’s where all the planning happens. We have large tables for looking at site plans and a couple of computers for the boring admin stuff. Vizianagaram is a good place to work, and we’ve gotten to know the local suppliers pretty well over the years. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just keep pushing through. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees; we're a focused team that likes to see a project through from start to finish. It’s simple, honest work, and this office is where it all gets organized. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on schedule without any of the usual corporate fluff that you see in bigger cities. It works for us and our clients.
