Appxcel Technologies Llp is based at 12/232 in Balaji Nagararilova, which is part of the Peddagadili area. It’s a fairly straightforward setup we have here. We focus mostly on apps and different types of technology stuff that keeps the modern world moving. Our office isn't one of those fancy places with a gym or a cafeteria. We just have our workstations and a small area where we can sit and talk about the projects we’re currently working on. Peddagadili is a decent place to be, and being in Balaji Nagararilova means we are close to where many of us live. We didn't want to spend hours commuting to a big city, so we set up Appxcel right here. Our day usually starts with a quick chat about what needs to be done, and then it’s mostly just quiet work for the rest of the day. We aren't into the whole corporate ladder thing. We just want to build things that work well and don’t crash. Sometimes we run into bugs that take all day to fix, and other days things go smoothly. That’s just the nature of working with technology. We don’t have any flashy slogans or polished speeches. We’re just a bunch of tech-minded folks who enjoy the process of making software. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to be doing it here. No one is wearing a suit and tie, and that’s just how we like to keep it.
