Yash Group

The Yash Group is split between two locations, which keeps us pretty busy running back and forth. One of our offices is at 44-40/2 Nandagirinagar in Akkayapalem, right near the Chekudurai Building. The other one is over at 14-51/1 Indira Nagar in Gopalapatnam. We started as a small family venture and slowly grew to handle different types of projects, from small construction needs to local service contracts. It’s not a very formal environment at either office. You’ll usually find us with dusty shoes and a lot of papers spread out on the table. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with a lobby. Instead, we work out of these two spots because they are close to where our projects usually are. Managing two locations means we are often on the phone coordinating between Akkayapalem and Gopalapatnam. It can get a bit chaotic, especially on Mondays, but we’ve managed to make it work for a long time. We don't use big words or fancy presentations when we talk to people. We just discuss what needs to be done and how much it will cost. The Chekudurai Building is a good landmark for people trying to find us the first time. We’ve spent many years in these neighborhoods, and we like the fact that we are a local business that people can actually talk to. It’s just us doing our best to keep everything moving across both our sites every day.
