Vtz Travel World

Our office is located in the Udyog Bhawan Vuda Complex, which is in Siripuram. We have shops number 6 and 7. It’s actually behind the HSBC Call Center, so if you find that, you’re pretty much there. Siripuram is a nice part of town, always something going on. We have been here for a good while, and the office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are maps on the wall and piles of itineraries on the desks. We handle everything from local taxi bookings to bigger trips. We don't use any fancy marketing talk; we just tell you what the costs are and how long things will take. Sometimes the printers act up or we have to wait on hold for ages with the airlines, but that is just the nature of the job. It’s a small team here, so we all do our bit to get people where they need to go. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us doing our best for the customers. People like coming here because they can sit down and talk to a real person instead of a computer screen. We keep the doors open and try to be helpful to whoever walks in, whether it’s for a small ticket or a big family holiday. Vtz Travel World is our way of making a living by helping others see a bit more of the world.
