Our office is located in Kurmannapalem, right inside the Pawan Residency building at Flat Number 401. It is a residential neighborhood, so it does not feel like a typical industrial headquarters. Ch. Srinivasarao handles the main operations from this spot in Visakhapatnam. We spend most of our time here dealing with the administrative side of Vishnu Chemicals Ltd. It is mostly desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with paperwork. We are not on the factory floor, but we are always on the phone with the production teams to see how things are going. The building is easy to find, though the parking can be a bit tight when everyone is home in the evenings. Most of us who work here have been with the company for a long time, so we have a comfortable routine. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. It is a simple setup without any fancy lobbies or receptionists. We just need a quiet place to manage the logistics and keep the records straight. The flat is functional and serves its purpose well. It gets pretty busy at the end of every month when the reports are due, but otherwise, it is a steady and calm environment. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the office runs smoothly for everyone.
