We are located in Kasimkota, which is a bit of a distance out in the Visakhapatnam district. The address is H. No:2-7D/2 in Sri Ramalingeswara Nagar. It’s actually at the residence of G. P. Sarma. This isn’t a high-rise office building in the middle of a city. It’s a more traditional setup in a local neighborhood. Kasimkota is a quiet area for the most part, though you get the usual sounds of the town during the day. We handle the Vishnu Chemicals work from here. It’s a lot of coordinating and managing papers and local logistics. Being in a house makes the whole work environment feel very different. It’s less formal. We usually start early before the sun gets too strong. There’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different parts of the property. The people around here all know each other, so it’s a friendly place to be based. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes the roads a bit muddy, but that’s just how it is in this part of the country. We don’t have a big reception desk or a shiny lobby. You just walk in and see people working at their desks. It’s honest work in a very standard local setting. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. Most people come by for work-related meetings and we just sit in the main room and talk things through.
